We just bought a historically significant home in Indianapolis that is unfortunately located on a very busy street, Meridian St. The front rooms of the house were uninhabitable because of the traffic noise so I took a gamble and ordered Indow windows for the front master bedroom… Indow windows have saved our home!!! We are able to sleep without any disturbance of traffic noise. My daughter says her ears ring from silence.

did not perform as expected. My Indow windows inserts did not perform as expected. The constant road noise from traffic is still annoying, and there is not a tight seal, I can see space between the wall and window insert corners, also there is a condensation build up on the bottom. The wait for the took for the insert arrive was about three months, but I did received periotic emails on the order status, and Mr. Reed gave great customer service.

Did absolutely nothing Did absolutely nothing. We can't return as the company offers ZERO garentee which should have been a huge red flag. There is no help provided by the company what so ever. Huge scam that means we are out a lot of money and still dealing with so much traffic noise making our house inhabitable. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that stands behind their product and can provide a solution.

New windows are really expensive and… New windows are really expensive and can ruin the look of a house. These Indows are not the cheapest inserts on the market, but they are really clever, do not require permanent frames, are made very precisely (none of my hundred year windows were still square) and our home was a lot warmer this winter because of them. Replacement window salespeople promise the world in terms of ease and energy savings and rarely deliver. These are such a simple alternative that do just as good a job.

Indow staff were helpful,the printed material easy to understand. The wait time went by quickly, when delivered well packaged. Installation by my contractor had no problems. Bob was impressed with quality,ease of installation,and the sound filtering. 8 windows were installed in less than an hour. Love that can remove and clean the 1887 float glass original windows.
