GBExcellent Customer Service I ordered five motorized cellular shades from Blinds.com. When they arrived they ended up being about 3" too wide. I called blinds.com to ask if there was anything I could do and they told me they would be able to remake 4 of the blinds for free and I would just have to pay for 1 remake. I happily said that seems more than fair since the mistake was ultimately my own fault. I did talk to a person who took my order so I can't say for certain if I gave him the correct measurements or not. Regardless, they did send a confirmation email to me that I had to approve prior to the order being placed so I should have double checked that and corrected it. In any case, after a brief hold the customer service person came back and told me they would actually remake all five for free. And to add to that they said to not worry about sending the old ones back and just asked that I donate them. The remade blinds are up and look great and since we don't have a good place to donate blinds to around our house (they would probably end up with someone who doesn't really need them, but would just take them because they can), I am going to sell the original blinds and then donate the proceeds to a charity. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from Blinds.com and will definitely order from them again.

GBBeautiful Beautiful Roman Shades that fit the first time. I was able to find what I wanted on the website, get samples of fabric, order and received them quickly. I've ordered from Blinds.com for cordless blinds, curtains and now roman shades. I don't shop anywhere else.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. The worst customer service I’ve ever gone through. The order was messed up several times by the sales rep. They purposefully changed products to raise prices. Luckily I caught it before it was too late and made them change it back.

GBSpecial alert requirement I think there should have been an alert notification that the shade required top mounting. My window was an arch window without any way to mount. It required a Palladian shelf which I had no idea what that was. I was anticipating using the inside sides for bracket placement. This delayed my hanging the shade for over a month.

GBDisappointing experience I had a great experience last summer. Sadly, this experience was no where near the same. There were issues with their web site when ordering. It was programmed to calculate the subtotal incorrectly, then it doubled my order. Finally got that all sorted out. Ordered. Waited for the order. Received the order and had a professional install the blinds. They are installed level, but they hang wonkily; some blades are level and some are bent. Next time, I'll go with a reputable local provider. I didn't know this was HomeDepot when I originally placed my order. Very disappointed.
