Made multiple house calls and been very patient explaining the product and working to get everything set for the install with us. I'm a little older and wiser because of… I'm a little older and wiser because of frustration with a well advertised gutter product on another house a few years ago. I spent time researching the various gutter guard products on the market and Homecraft met my needs. Nate came out and spent time with me explaining the company and the product which included a demonstration. We scheduled installation the next day. The team of installers came out, were done in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Nate and the install team were professional and polite. Had a great time doing business with Josh today … Josh came by this afternoon to evaluate our needs. We knew we had issues with leaves clogging out gutters as well as one section of guttering that has become dislodged from our home. He did his measurements and provided education regarding our specific issues and most cost effective solutions. He was thorough and an absolute pleasure during his presentation. His knowledge of products and benefits was impressive and since I really liked the product, warranty, and the price, I said yes. I’m somewhat physically handicapped so cleaning a gutter on a two story house just isn’t safe for me to consider anymore. Having these gutter guards installed will circumvent a lot of problems. The product and services are worth your time.

Worth the Listen!!! This evening I was very happy with the consultation that we received from Mr. Eric Du Pont in the Raleigh Durham area. He was patient kind and answered every question we had. We are still deciding if we want to move forward, but we at least wanted to point out to customers in the Raleigh - Durham area that HomeCraft and Mr. Du Pont were extremely professional and highly recommend them if you are in market. We started out just wanting our gutters cleaned but now we are truly considering moving forward with these gutter guards. One because of Mr. Du Pont but two because of the product and price itself.

GreatI was very impressed with the whole… I was very impressed with the whole Homecraft experience from Caesar who made the initial contact and presentation, to the crew who completed the installation in only 6 hours. The gutters on my house were rusted through from age and the constant leaves filling them . Some were an impossible place to reach without a huge ladder and very unsafe unless you were part primate! The crew arrived at 8:30 and immediately started work. They tore out the old gutter system then installed my beautiful new gutters, making repairs to facia and soffits where needed. They then completely cleaned up all the debris. The new system worked beautifully after the 4" rain we had 2 days later! Thank you for a job well done!
