She was amazing, knew the product, explained everything in detail and worked with us to make an intelligent decision on protecting our home. Worth the Listen!!! This evening I was very happy with the consultation that we received from Mr. Eric Du Pont in the Raleigh Durham area. He was patient kind and answered every question we had. We are still deciding if we want to move forward, but we at least wanted to point out to customers in the Raleigh - Durham area that HomeCraft and Mr. Du Pont were extremely professional and highly recommend them if you are in market. We started out just wanting our gutters cleaned but now we are truly considering moving forward with these gutter guards. One because of Mr. Du Pont but two because of the product and price itself.

Professional service Tyler was on time for the estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the benefits of his product efficiently and quickly. The install was scheduled within 2 days. We were not home when the gutters were installed. Sara from the customer service department called within first week after install to make sure we were satisfied with the job. It hasn't rained yet, but everything looks great.

The reason they have such good reviews… The reason they have such good reviews is because they offer you a discount to leave one immediately...even before installation. They use high-pressure sales tactics and will refuse to leave your home until a contract is signed. DO NOT SCHEDULE A FREE QUOTE. They also start with a ridiculous price and then arbitrarily bring it down from there if you don't sign the contract right away. They are just trying to see how much they can scam you out of. Who knows how much the service is actually worth, but certainly not the price they tried to make us pay.
