Envision security review There was a bit of a push from the sales person. Understandable but a bit aggressive. A person who may not be able to sift through this to get to the meat and potatoes of what Envision is offering may not get there with this kind of sales pitch. Installer was strong. Helpful, positive, and efficient. System seems fairly easy to use and very tech focused. Monthly monitoring seems a bit high. A bit concerned about that for sure.

Envision Security-Proud to make the switch!!!! We switced from ADT to Envision and so far, couldn't be happier. There sales people and installers were very friendly and personable. They did not have to install new equipment (outside of a new panel) as they were able to piggyback off the ADT stuff. Not only are we saving about $10 a month vs. ADT, but the system seems to work much better with quite a few additional perks(full access to all systems thru our phones) that our old ADT system did not provide. The only small issue is we can't always get the garage door to open using our phone. But that may be an internet connection issue and not a product issue. Great product, great price, great customer service.

Much better than ADT! We were with ADT for 4 years and switched to Envision. When the envision tech installed the system on a Saturday, I called ADT on Monday to terminate service and let them know that since their device was cut off on Saturday and we had nor received any phone calls from them to see if we were ok. Since getting envision, the alarm has gone off once because we forgot to disarm before we opened the door and they called right away.

Great service We were contacted 1 business day after requesting service. Our alarm was installed and working 48 hours later. Fred, our service tech, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to answer questions and explain how to program the alarm. We are happy with the mobile application-it is so nice to confirm that we set the alarm after we leave.

The price and the product are the best I did my researched and compare not only the price but also the equipment and service with 7 other companies. The reason I choose Envision is because they provided me with the equipment that worked for my home not what worked for them. The salesperson took the time to explain everything and helped me put together a package that fit my home and my pocket. I haven't had any problems with the alarm and feel safe knowing my home is well protected.
