Great Product and Serive Had had the Amber Alert GPS for 3 months now and have been very impressed. Great online tracking via Amber Alerts website. Also impressed with battery life, have tried other tracking devices and battery life was always an issue. Not with the Amber Alert GPS.

Service and Support not Reliable They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

Great for peace of mind and the ability to communicate easily. I am very happy to have found this system. I am in foster care for my granddaughter. I have introduced Amber Alert GPS to our case workers at child protection services. They did not know something like this existed. I hope they will recommend it to others in need of this kind of protection.

Highly recommend! My experience with this company has been great! Got this for my grandson, 8 yrs old keep him safe! The product was easy set up, use & the battery good for about three days without charging! The unit charges fast! When I had concerns they were addressed properly with Paige & Andrew without delay. Purrfect for Scaredy Cats! We don't live in a very dangerous neighborhood but I still like to feel protected when I'm walking alone at night with my puppy. That's why I got Amber alert. I know if there's ever any danger I won't be fumbling with my smart phone - I just have to hit one button and my family will know I'm in trouble. If I can't talk to them for any reason they'll be able to find my location and where I was going through the really simple app. I hope I'll never have to hit that button, but it's great to know it will always be there.
