Their equipment works well; service calls, rarely needed, are prompt and courteous. Any time our alarm goes off, we get a phone call asking if everything is OK. We recommend them highly.

This is the best customer service I… This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason I rated them 4-stars and not 5-stars is because they do not proactively update your system. If they come out to the house for some reason and notice that you are a few updates behind, then they perform the updates. Even if the updates are not essential, they should probably contact each customer and inform them that an update is available and let the customer decide if they want to perform the update. Most can probably be handled without a person coming to the home.
