We have been served by Alarm New… We have been served by Alarm New England for more than 20 years and have always been completely satisfied. Their equipment works well; service calls, rarely needed, are prompt and courteous. Any time our alarm goes off, we get a phone call asking if everything is OK. We recommend them highly.

This is the best customer service I… This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason I rated them 4-stars and not 5-stars is because they do not proactively update your system. If they come out to the house for some reason and notice that you are a few updates behind, then they perform the updates. Even if the updates are not essential, they should probably contact each customer and inform them that an update is available and let the customer decide if they want to perform the update. Most can probably be handled without a person coming to the home.

I was given an appropriate level of professional guidance as to system components and my numerous questions were answered clearly and patiently. At no point did I feel any sort of sales pressure. Likewise, the self-installation process was a breeze, with Connie's expert coaching. Her sense of humor helped as well! The system is easy to use and performs as expected.
