The Best Alarm Company I Could Find-Glad I Did As part of building our new home in Falmouth, MA I wanted to plan and wire for an alarm system. I met with Chris Conners at his office, discussed the features we wanted and left a blueprint of the home. In about 2 days I had their plan, details and prices. After reviewing their proposal we signed and moved forward with a Honeywell Ademco system. Sean, the installer, did a meticulous job! The wiring and organization of the panel was precise and has performed as such. We have not had a false alarm in over 2 years other than ones we have created ourselves. The dispatch center has had an instant response whenever we have set off the alarm. The software for your phone is great as well. Our primary residence is 400 miles away and I get notifications of every door, window or motion detector that gets activated when someone is servicing our home. We checked with 4 other alarm companies and Alarm New England was by far the best value.

Just switched from ADT to Alarm New… Just switched from ADT to Alarm New England and these guys have been professional from the sales process through the installation. Dorothy answered my questions - of which I had many becuase I am so detailed - without judgement or by simply responding wih the "company line." I am fairly certain that if she could get "past" me she can get through most people because I am not easy! So far the Honeywell system seems very good. Denzel who did the installation was calm, methodical and professional.

Flawless and professional I purchased a system approximately 6 months ago and from the first call the staff Alexander and Connie were hands down the best. Every question, concern and need was addressed thoroughly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start and up to today. The company has been top notch and I am extremely pleased.

Great service Great service Signup was great and super friendly, the price was better than others. The installation technician (takeover) was great and very diligent and spent the time to do things correct (and fix mistakes from prior install by other company) and showed us how everything worked. Only negative (4 vs 5 stars) is the scheduling department for the service/install was terrible. I had to escalate to get things sorted on that side but, the signup and install were flawless.

Connie M Connie M. has made herself so available to us with our many, many questions. She has guided us through keep our office and building safe and secure. Her experience is clear but her compassion sets her apart. She has been patient, understand and helpful in our one-year together at Alarm New England. Before we were introduced to Connie, we were ready to leave Alarm New England due to a negative experience in working together only 3 weeks. Connie is definitely the reason we stayed.
