The Best Alarm Company I Could Find-Glad I Did As part of building our new home in Falmouth, MA I wanted to plan and wire for an alarm system. I met with Chris Conners at his office, discussed the features we wanted and left a blueprint of the home. In about 2 days I had their plan, details and prices. After reviewing their proposal we signed and moved forward with a Honeywell Ademco system. Sean, the installer, did a meticulous job! The wiring and organization of the panel was precise and has performed as such. We have not had a false alarm in over 2 years other than ones we have created ourselves. The dispatch center has had an instant response whenever we have set off the alarm. The software for your phone is great as well. Our primary residence is 400 miles away and I get notifications of every door, window or motion detector that gets activated when someone is servicing our home. We checked with 4 other alarm companies and Alarm New England was by far the best value.

Alarm New England is awesome Alarm New England has been awesome to work with. Unlike other alarm companies we talked to they didn't try to push product or services we didn't need but engaged in a conversation with us about our house, our circumstances and tailored a solution to our needs. They've provided us with training on our system and personal, ongoing technical support. Their service is reliable and we have not had a problem during our 2+ years with them.

John was very knowledgeable about the system and he answered all my questions so that I understood the system and how it works. John was very neat working and I was very comfortable having him work in my home. New England alarm u have a very valuable employee John working for u.

Her experience is clear but her compassion sets her apart. She has been patient, understand and helpful in our one-year together at Alarm New England. Before we were introduced to Connie, we were ready to leave Alarm New England due to a negative experience in working together only 3 weeks. Connie is definitely the reason we stayed.

This is the best customer service I… This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason I rated them 4-stars and not 5-stars is because they do not proactively update your system. If they come out to the house for some reason and notice that you are a few updates behind, then they perform the updates. Even if the updates are not essential, they should probably contact each customer and inform them that an update is available and let the customer decide if they want to perform the update. Most can probably be handled without a person coming to the home.
