GBNot the best service Took multiple emails and pictures to get replacement parts not in original package even as I was very specific and provided part numbers. Eventually, they did agree to send needed parts.

GBBuyer beware remote fail less than s yesr After 6 months of smart toilet use remote went out. Company is unwilling for any type of support stating out of warranty. Remote replacement cost $300. This is not a luxury built brand if product does not last a year. Very disappointed buyer beware

GBThe shower door works great and looks… The shower door works great and looks even better. It's a heavy door which adds to the value but also mean shipping was a bit more complicated. We would highly recommend Giving Anzzi the opportunity to provide the product for your next project.

GBPart issues - Buyers be aware!! I purchased and installed this ANZZI faucet 3 years ago. Starting August 2023, the faucet started to drip water and would not shut off. The problem appears to be the water valve assembly which needs to be replaced. However, I was informed by customer service that the part was on back order. I have repeatedly contacted the customer service since then, and I got the same answer. Now I learned the part will not be available until May 2024! I no longer believe the timeline, or if the part will ever come. This is a ridiculous situation, a customer should not have to wait at least 9 months for a replacement part to come! If you are thinking of buying this faucet, please be aware that if anything is broken, you WILL almost certainly NOT be able to repair it!!

GBGreat customer service! We ordered 2 shower doors from Amazon and one was damaged in transit. Anzzi went above and beyond to make sure we received a replacement and that we received the best possible price for our shower doors. Thank you for taking the extra step for great customer service!!!
