NEVER AGAIN !!! I've been in the construction business for more than 50 years and this has to be among the worst experiences I've had over a simple sink faucet. Ordered on 07 FEB 2024, delivered 13 FEB 2024. Checked the box to be sure all the parts were there, before I began the replacement. Found that the clamp springs for the water line attachment were missing along with an Allen wrench. Contacted customer and reported the shortage (Including their part numbers). It took until 12 MAR 2024 (and several more contacts) to finally get the correct parts. The final straw was the flexible hose assembly was several inches too long to fit the valve handles. Fortunately it was flexible enough to bend around to fit onto the valves, but required me crawling into the sink cabinet to do this. More pain than I'd be willing to go through again.

Not the best service Took multiple emails and pictures to get replacement parts not in original package even as I was very specific and provided part numbers. Eventually, they did agree to send needed parts.

Service could be better We received the wrong faucet in the mail. Anzzi did replace it for the correct one, but it took a quite a few emails and back and forth to get it done. Kind of a hassle.
