You will hear a lot from this company The product is almost perfect and it looks very good. I had difficulty to assemble it because the insert was not enough explanatory. That is not the reason why I give 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars if the 3 ring colour would match.

Brilliant designs MOD's designs are simply fabulous and look great. I had cause to need some customer support post installation about the remote control and they could not have been more helpful or nicer.

Amazing customer service They respond fast with any questions or concerns I had . I was worried about shipping time and we were on a time crunch to get a job done, they not only got it to us on time, but the final product looked amazing!! Glad I found you guys. Long lead times and lack of response Long lead times and when our new Halo Lights arrived the finish was really poor and not what we'd expect. Followed instructions to arrange a return and refund but not response. Chased after several and still no response after over a week. Really disappointing from what appears to be a well established company.
