I ordered a CO monitor that I had to return. GREAT customer service. I ordered a CO monitor to replace one that was 14 years old although it still seemed to be working. The one to be replaced was no longer available and I ordered one that I assumed was the latest model but unfortunately it was not compatible with my security panel which I thought unusual since it was made by the same company. I requested to return the monitor and a very nice lady named Lily told me exactly what to do. I immediately received my RMA and I will receive a refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Very good customer service and I can highly recommend this company.

After I placed the order After I placed the order, my manager wanted it ASAP. I called in, and it took maybe 5-10 minutes for the order to be changed and shipped out today. They were extremely helpful and wiling to help me. I was also told if I have any other questions or needed assistance to please call. The people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend your company not due to prices but for the customer service! Kudos!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Merry Christmas/Holiday and Happy New Year!
