Very responsive customer service team… Very responsive customer service team (I used email). I did have an RMA to process, and the entire transaction went smoothly. I do wish that they would pay for the shipping to send items back, but other than that, it was a positive experience!

Great Company to Deal With Having the part in stock and at a great price is the reason I do business with Next Security. Took a little extra time to get my account set up, and the process was a little confusing, that is the only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars. Never did get my resale certificate applied to this order.
