Took a little extra time to get my account set up, and the process was a little confusing, that is the only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars. GBDon’t pay for expedited shipping Shipping says same day before 3pm eastern. I ordered at 1pm Eastern Thursday paid next day shipping and it didn’t ship until 8pm Friday and now won’t arrive until Monday

CASomething does not sit right with my experience with them. The company did not send my package until I phoned about it. I called a 1-866 number on their web site and was linked to what appeared to be a scam phone number, when they tried to charge me to get them to send me the invoice for my order. They insisted that I give them my credit card information. Then I phoned the local phone number and got through. I told them about the 1-866 number and their IT department had that number removed immediately. The whole experience seemed quite shady.

GBI ordered a CO monitor that I had to return. GREAT customer service. I ordered a CO monitor to replace one that was 14 years old although it still seemed to be working. The one to be replaced was no longer available and I ordered one that I assumed was the latest model but unfortunately it was not compatible with my security panel which I thought unusual since it was made by the same company. I requested to return the monitor and a very nice lady named Lily told me exactly what to do. I immediately received my RMA and I will receive a refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Very good customer service and I can highly recommend this company.
