GBSmafan went above and beyond to make it right. I ordered 2 fans. When they arrived the trim was 2 different colors of gold. I contacted them and they sent a new trim piece. Now I have 2 fans that match. Thank you for great customer service.

GBNice fans but make sure you get the new version I purchased 2 fans from Trifecte Home on Amazon. One was received on time and the other was delayed and eventually lost in transit. Reordered, and the second finally arrived 8 days later. Although they were the same model, there were 2 different designs where the electrical cable running through the down rod were different setup. I had to get their customer service to send the 4 bolts that were missing from the package. This took about 8 business days to receive and finally installed. The newer version fan is certainly better.

GBAbsolutely amazing! Absolutely amazing!! I ordered a downrod and a wiring harness not knowing that the downrod already had the harness in it. Customer service contacted me via email and text message to let me know I had ordered something I did not need and then they, with my agreement, canceled the harness I did not need and promptly refunded me for the part I did not need!! Love the service
