GBMy experience teaming with American… My experience teaming with American Alarm covers a span of twenty years and we are still counting! I have had few problems which tells me AA is doing a great job to monitor my home security, alerts when they lose Wi-Fi connections. The Annual service Check-up on the equipment is a bonus. Office support speak to customers verses electronic recorded messages and all service persons (he/she) are polite, and provide helpful tips when necessary. I hope you're convinced the five stars are well deserved.

GBThe best.... The tech who installed my system was terrific. He explained everything that he was doing, cleaned up everything as he went and then was very patient explaining the set up of the app.

GBThe Pros and the Cons High score and much appreciation for having a real person calling regarding the triggered alarm. Would have been higher if said person could tell me if the alarm has been silenced/disarmed.
