I've been waiting 4 days with no… I've been waiting 4 days with no communication from Huepar, and seems very hard to get hold of anybody about a product that has not been delivered.

Customer service was amazing Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with a tripod I purchased and they took care of it faster then any other warranty issue I’ve had with any other company! I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share this experience! I received updates constantly and they wasted no time to get my issue resolved! I will be purchasing from them again for this experience alone.

I’ve had 2 laser levels from Huepar… I’ve had 2 laser levels from Huepar now, one is 3 years old and has been brilliant, my second one had an issue after 6 months and there customer service team sent me out a new one straight away, wasn’t expecting such good customer support when their products are much cheaper than the big brands but pleasently surprised! Can’t recommend them enough.

Great customer service Had an issue with an order. Paid but received no confirmation for order or shipping. Solved within days by a well setup customer service. I was genuinely impressed by their customer service for the following reasons: 1. Prompt replies - at least 1 email exchange daily monitoring status of claim. 2. Proactive staff - was asked the right questions at the right time to get to the solution. Was offered a discount for my trouble. 3. Single point of contact - Joan, a CS rep, took it upon herself to investigate and follow up, saving me the trouble of having to explain the situation to several different people over and over again, as I've experienced with other brands. Moreover, their products are faultless. Kudos!
