I have since had my fitted sheet replaced. I am very happy with the level of customer service I was provided!! So far the new sheet has been great! Thank you Parachute & Sarah for making this right! **Original Review Within the first month of owning the sateen sheets they began piling. Had the sateen sheets for less than a year before they developed holes. They are unwilling to refund me or replace the items.

GBI'll spare you the repeated details… I'll spare you the repeated details that are stated in EVERY review.....Horrible customer service! This company needs to be brought down. Anyone with me on taking a trip to their CA location to speak with someone directly? Their front door may be more effective than the email they don't answer. A face-to-face confrontation could make all the difference to everyone. I'm even down for staging a boycott in front of the business?

GBFlat Out Great I've spent the last few months trying out the white linen bed set, and absolutely love it. The linen gives a cool comfortable feeling, and the constructions looks durable - I expect it to wear in several years. One request, I'm a very warm sleeper, and it'd be great if your team could add an ultralight duvet option. I tried your lightweight duvet, and unfortunately it was still too warm. Thanks!

GBI am a long time Parachute customer and… I am a long time Parachute customer and my last order completely changed color-I have about 6 sets of all different colors and this has never happened to me, I called the store twice and cs emails 5x with no reply. The color has since been discontinued and I am stuck with what started as a sand color and is now a strange deep yellowy beige. I am unclear why I cannot reach cs even with the stores help.
