GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. This company has essentially stolen from me. I ordered a tap over 2months ago which has not been shipped. They sent me another confirmation of order email last week. They never reply to emails. They are just a terrible company and I regret ever buying from them. I genuinely feel robbed. I have requested a refund many many times and no one has replied. I have never been so disappointed. Please avoid at all costs

GBBad customer service We purchased a faucet in December of last year, and within a month the sprayer function stopped working, Initially, customer service responded that they were working on a replacement order, but have not responded to emails or website requests in over 1.5 months. Like many companies, this one is based in China so I was willing to give it extra time due to COVID, transport and shipping shortages, etc, but at this point I assume that it was wasted money.

GBIf I could give zero stars, I would. If I could give zero stars, I would. I never received my item and I’m nearly £130 down. Even after sending many emails to find out where my item was or if it had been shipped, I didn’t hear a single thing. The worrying thing is the website and Instagram page looks so legitimate! Don’t be fooled. Do not buy from Build Modern Co.
