GBCube Desk Lamp The cube desk lamp I purchased as a gift was quite beautiful with gorgeous patterns. It was also dimable which was a welcome surprise! I made the mistake of not carefully looking at the dimensions, and it was smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures. I also received the wrong color (ordered Aurora and received Ice), but the recipient was ok with the white and blue and I didn't attempt an exchange.

GBBuyer beware! Impossible setup. Useless item! I purchased a holographic projector fan. It has the hardest set up ever! The directions are in another language and the pictures and wording are so small i cannot make any of it out. Ive tried for hours to figure out how to upload images and stuff but nothing works! I’ve contacted customer service several times. They are no help. They keep sending me a link to watch a video of a guy unboxing the fan and just turning it on. Literally shows nothing on how to get images on this sd card and transferring them to the fan. I am so frustrated that I bought a $129 POS. I guess i will have to return it since they cannot help me use it. Buyer beware!!!

GBOn multiple sites with different prices for the same product. On multiple sites and multiple prices. Ask for a parcel refund due to finding it 10.00 cheaper the day after ordering it and didn’t get a reply at all. Lousy customer service. Most discouraging is the different prices on different web sites for me. Also doesn’t state that you have to buy the base separately.

GBWorst Customer service ever Their customer service is rude, and terrible. They appear to be a small venture. We placed an order of just 4 items in a week and they couldn't fulfill it. We reached out to them for status update. They cancelled my order and processed the refund without even notifying me. This was first of its kind in my online shopping experience. Such suppliers should be barred from offering products to people until they overhaul the fulfillment process. Just sad to see such interesting ideas sinking due to poor management.

GBDamaged bulb The bulb I received was damaged. I returned it but have yet to receive a replacement or any response from the emails I have sent. 24 hour customer service?...I don’t think so. Very disappointed.
