I work in law enforcement and something as simple as a torch can mean the difference between your life and death by being able to properly illuminate an area you are searching!!! VOIDHAWK WENT DARK... My best flashlights were from VoidHawk and I have positive experience about their products, I bought several flashlights over the years until the last one. Their got my money and NEVER sent the item. No emails were answered and phone calls went to the trash bin. No one contacted me and now reading the reviews I see that is a general fraud issue. Pirates!

There flashlights are crap and also the … There flashlights are crap and also the warranty stinks my flashlight didnt last just past a year sent messages and got zero response i would steer clear of the t_rex 4c model flashlight and if anybody from voidhawk happens to see or read this send me a new flashlight i can use it .as a weight to a throw a ropes on my boat.

Called VoidHawk twice and emailed once… Called VoidHawk twice and emailed once to get customer service, but no response. Frustrating because the voicemail says that VoidHawk will respond within 24 hours. I wanted to call about a bulk order discount which I did not end up receiving because no one responded to me. Also shipping and tracking information was not sent to me until days after the flashlights had already arrived. At the end of the day, the Velociraptor V3 flashlights that I received were all working. I have used these flashlights before, so I knew what I was getting.

I would give this company zero stars if… I would give this company zero stars if I could. However I am not even a customer. I am the person everyone is calling trying to get info on their orders. I have emailed this company on February 20,2021 trying to get the website to update it's phone number. So please if your a customer service representative for this company, please get someone to update everything with the correct information.
