GBI LOVE MY NEW AIR PURIFIER!!! I LOVE MY NEW AIR PURIFIER!!! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ONE FOR A WHILE AND WHEN I SAW THIS ONE I GOT SO EXITED AND PURCHED IT. GOT IT DELIVERED IN 3 DAYS AND SO FAR I AM IMPRESSED WITHH THE QUALITY and the difference it made in our house. It is very quite and elegant looking. I highly recommend it.

GBI've left an earlier review and as an… I've left an earlier review and as an additional piece of information, buyers need to be aware that they need to save the box and all packaging if they want to return the Sans for a refund. I was confident after reading so many glowing reviews and I didn't save the packaging. I'm out of luck. Additionally, the company has deleted my Facebook review. I'm very suspicious of the 5 Star reviews on their site.

GBNice, quiet unit I have not had the product long but so far I like it. It’s incredibly quiet and I believe I notice a difference in the air quality. I like the variable fan speed and auto options. I did not rate 5 stars because I am disappointed that I can not replace the UV-C bulb. From my understanding, UV-C is only effective for a limited number of hours. I was told by their customer service that the bulb would last 7 years. Is that 7 years of continuous use? How many hours before the efficacy wanes?

GBFeaturing and a good pick. The delivery was timely and arrived in great condition. I want to say that I am confident that the air purifier will do the job that it was intended to do , but it’s too early to tell having it only a week. Air movement is on par with other machines in its class compared to others that I have owned i.e. the Orecks but not as powerful as a Kenmore hepa or something like that. Reserving one star for experience. Good price point by the way. I recommend!

GBI signed up for their auto filter… I signed up for their auto filter replacement program because I live near a landfill having a chemical reaction, so this was very important and not a one-and-done. They notified me last month it was time but then nothing showed up. Come to find out they were on back-order. I had to research it. They NEVER notified me and my machine turned to a red signal notifying me it was time. Finally, they came in and it was shipped. I live in the same state and even the same area of the state of this business (southern CA) and now I am looking at day 6 and the filter is still NOT here. I have contacted them a few times now to find out they will NEVER let you speak to a human. All communication must be done online. No phone service. Now I discovered that they have handed off the delivery to UPS which notes they can't deliver because they need a code for a gate. I have NO gates and neither does my neighborhood. So, I contacted Sans and they told me to contact UPS. I am NOT UPS's customer I am Sans customer. I still don't have the filter and I have now cancelled the program with Sans which was not easy either. The program only has a skip delivery option, not a cancel. You have to contact their online customer service yet again. I have no proof they actually canceled it. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company. My time is more valuable than this bull. Zero for customer service. The product is okay but not quiet at all if you need to run it on high which we do need to do.
