CATerrible quality and service I am extremely disappointed with the hairdryer I purchased and with the response I received when I tried to return it. The dryer doesn't get hot and the 14 day return policy wasn't honored as the product had been 'used'. I took it out of the box, turned it on, didn't feel heat, and turned it off. The company won't take the product back or return my money. I am completely dissatisfied and would rate zero stars if that was an option!

SEA complete scam A complete scam. I got repeated e-mails after putting something in the basket. Finally ordered. It was advertised as Christmas present on the website. Turns out it takes weeks to arrive as basically it's coming from China. Contacted customer service. No help, just a very kind and sweet correspondence. Do not order!

SEOsmo Hear Pro, a very good hearing aid to a good price. The Osmo Hear Pro is a very affordable hearing aid. Smooth and easy to use. However, I had problems with one on/off switch which Osmo solved very quickly in a positive way. Osmo customer service is very positive and knowledgeable. I am very happy with Osmo and their product. You get a good product at a reasonable price.

GBThere was a software glitch somewhere… There was a software glitch somewhere in the last of the wanting to pay for it. I'm 77, so I'm no geek, but it was an issue and I was able to wade through it and figure a work-around. That said, the write up on the critter cams was excellent and I appreciated all the tiny details because they are important. I can see that this family cares about what they are doing and I give my business to such entities (no matter where they are in the world) because people like you and those who work with you as a team, are to be supported and applauded
