Do not buy I can’t even say this company is unprofessional as I am not able to get to talk to anyone or get any response to my many emails. I found this company through an independent review site and they came up top. I ordered a SAD lamp for just over £75 but as it was a present I got my son to place the order and have it delivered to his address in Manchester. This was in plenty of time for Christmas. My son kept tracking the parcel which was to be delivered by Evri which just kept saying in transit. Needless to say the parcel never arrived . I contacted Evri who eventually replied saying they didn’t know where the parcel was and therefore they would record it as lost. Case closed ! I then tried to contact this company but could not find their website anywhere, the only way I could find it was through the review site . I emailed the customer service email but that bounced back so sent a further three emails to their customer service email. Absolutely zilch , no response at all. I wish I had researched the company via trust pilot before buying . I’m now £75 down and feel I’ve been conned . If anyone has any other contact details for this company please advise. My advice… just don’t buy from them and do your research first. Update. 4/01/23 The response in Swedish says it all !!!!

OSMO BEARD TRIMMER I was bought an Osmo Trimlite v7 for Christmas. With my current beard trimmer at the end of its life, after serving my trimming needs exceptionally well for approximately 8 years. I was pleased to receive a new replacement, excited at the prospect of an all-in-one product. Being an all-in-one, I expected that it might not be as good as a product designed for a specific use, but was optimistic as each head had been specifically designed. Well, my optimism quickly dwindled. I would expect the foil attachment to provide a close cut, it didn’t, despite going over the same patch time and time again. The nose trimmer made no noise of cutting any hair and had no impact. I showed this to my wife, then showed her my other nose trimmer that immediately made short work of those pesky nose hairs. The beard trimmer work okay for keeping your beard at the right length but as for precision trimming and edging your beard, not so good. You’ll still need to use a razor right up to and including cutting the edge of the beard to give a crisp line (I have a short beard). All-in-all, the product is worth no more than 2 stars. Now to customer services. Check any email address you get from the website as some are spelt incorrectly. My wife only found out, weeks later when she got a ‘message undelivered’. She then emailed again, correcting the spelling mistake, described the issue and requested a refund.This was declined on the basis of hygiene and outside of the 14 day return period. I’ll address these separately. It’s Christmas and therefor likely people will not have the opportunity to purchase, give as a present and return within 14 days. This is why most reputable companies provide extended terms over the Christmas period. The second point, being hygiene, would be valid if the item was fit for purpose and I just wanted to return for a refund.The fact is, the product doesn’t do what it’s meant to and the performance is less than satisfactory. For this reason, a full refund should have been provided. Could they re-sell the product? Yes. They just need to replace the heads at little cost, to ensure no hygiene concerns. To be honest, this is not my concern, the fact is, the product doesn’t do what it’s meant to and therefore not fit for purpose The website has over 100 reviews 4.3/5 although showing 5 full stars and you can’t open the reviews page or leave a review! I think I have made it clear in my review that I would not recommend this product and would urge others to look elswhere. Update - Customer service have reached out and have provided a refund. I appreciate the contact and they have assured me they are looking in to the concerns I have raised.For this reason, and in the interest of being fair, I have raised my review to 3 stars.

Customer Service, OSMO Lady shaver I bought the OSMO Lady shaver and waited quite some time for it to arrive. --- Side note, the delivery company OSMO cooperate with in Sweden is quite incompetent. They always 'cannot find my name on my address' and send my packages to a pick-up station instead. Which is quite weird because any other delivery services manage to. This means the package took longer to arrive than necessary. --- The shaver, when arrived, doesn't come with an addapter. Which is frustrating because they use a USB-A chord, which I have no adapter for. I searched on the website and can't see anywhere it informs one of the adapater not being provided with the product. I contacted OSMO chat customerservice and explained the dilemma. The service was good, when she realised my problem. I was reimbursed for the inconvenience which I appreciate. Anyway the 4-star is not for the shaver itself, since I haven't even tried it yet, but for the service I eventually got.

Great experience Great experience. I am an independent e-commerce tester that analyses e-commerce stores and provides feedback to share with other people and I have tested Swedish, German and Norwegian stores. The only down side was the delivery times to Norway. I have ordered 3 different products and they were all of good quality for the price point.

I placed an order for a hairdryer on… I placed an order for a hairdryer on the 16th November. I have been chasing since the beginning of December with no joy. I do get a response to my emails but basically with a tracking number which when I look just says the product is coming from China with no real information as to where it is. I can't find any information on the actual company, so like others on this forum I feel I have been totally scammed out of £109. I thought I had done my research but it was on the product and not on the company. Very angry and upset.
