GBFrustrated Pleased with the product that I finally received. A package no bigger than a standard letter took over two full weeks (14 days 12 working days). The ordering web site is clunky and does not accept both a billing address and a charging address. Took me several phone calls and emails to finally straighten issues out my order.

GBLight fixture is damaged and I’m trying… Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying to fix the problem. The screws popped out on two mount brackets at top of fixture. Also they sent the bulb to the wrong address? Still waiting on that item. Not a happy customer It was a expensive street light.

GBYour website is extremely misleading… Your website is extremely misleading about the products available and shipping times. Customer service is variable. I finally got a product but it was my 3rd choice because you don't have what is listed on the website.

GBThis is the second order I place with… This is the second order I place with your company. Again I am missing items. I ordered 114 2 inch brass numbers and received only 70 of them. I am missing 44 number ones. How can this keep happening. It can’t be that difficult to read an order form and fill it correctly.
