GBLight fixture is damaged and I’m trying… Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying to fix the problem. The screws popped out on two mount brackets at top of fixture. Also they sent the bulb to the wrong address? Still waiting on that item. Not a happy customer It was a expensive street light.

GBYour crew was very attentive and…solved the problem Your crew was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately - the Mfr. was not nearly as good. Took over 2wks for Mfr to ship product after receiving order. Then ........ the shipment got LOST in FedX's system. Your crew was great .......... expedited the problem solution. Rec'd product - and ...... THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. Your crew got to the Mfr............ and arranged for another to go out THAT DAY - via FedX overnight. Rec'd the replacement part today. You are great>...! Thanks for your support...! Chris

GBalmost a month and still not shipped Customer service team is great, friendly and pleasant. This company gets one star because the product we ordered said it would ship in 2-4 days, it's been 29 days and the product has not shipped. I've contacted customer service twice and had very pleasant converastions with them each time, but still have no idea when my order will ship.

GBThis is the second order I place with… This is the second order I place with your company. Again I am missing items. I ordered 114 2 inch brass numbers and received only 70 of them. I am missing 44 number ones. How can this keep happening. It can’t be that difficult to read an order form and fill it correctly.

GBThe price has doubled on this product… The price has doubled on this product in a little over a year. The first three cost 1700. The fourth one 3400. Nowhere near the quality it should be for the price. It’s hard to believe these can’t be built for less in the 🇺🇸
