Totally unacceptable customer service from Stephanie If you want customer service, talk to Lindsey not Stephanie. I've never written a bad review but this topped it all for me. I can't believe a company would put up with such a person for a CSR. She was very short and wouldn't try to understand me and tried to get me to purchase a part I didn't need and wouldn't swap out a part (that she recommended) for me without charging shipping after I spent $89.00 with her. Buy elsewhere if you can. BTW I see that I'm not the only one who feels this way if you read other reviews you'll see as well.
