Gardens lights Bought a set of garden lights that malfunctioned shortly after installing them which was frustrating. Contacted the supplier and they said no need to painstakingly take the lights down and return them, they would send a replacement set out immediately. The arrived quick, swapped them over and they worked perfectly. Nice and bright too!

i had an issue with the timer on my… i had an issue with the timer on my holiday lights. they would set off an hour later every day. i messaged customer support and was assisted by cecilia. she understood my frustration and sent me a new timer. when i received the package, i was surprised she sent me a new complete box of lights! i swapped out the old timer with the new one. lights go on without a time delay now. thank you so much for the professional service!

😡😡😡😡😡 These people are useless for customer help. They take 3 days to back to you, whether by email or 'chat', only to ask you to send photos or proof of payment when you've already done so. They obviously don't even read the enquiries. After saying they could fix my lights if bought within 1 year, they then said it was too much trouble for them and they wouldn't offer a refund even though they had no replacement. Just lousy service and obviously a disappointing product as it stopped working within a week. Loose connections all round...
