I returned the lamp I purchased through… I returned the lamp I purchased through UPS months ago. Emptoo has not refunded the 599.99 into my account. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE A SCAM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR LITERALLY 4 MONTHS. EACH TIME EMPTOO STATES THEY WILL REFUND MY CARD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

At the beginning I was a bit upset… At the beginning I was a bit upset because I thought I bought a danish design object (lamps) from a UK website. But in the process of delivery I noticed that it is at least coming from China. So I was afraid that I bought expensive scrub. But after a long period of waiting to be delivered (3 months) I finally got my order yesterday and it seems everything ok with it.// I had to contact in the beginning various times the customer support (Irene! ;)) because at the last step of my order I didnt notice that there was a change in the product (the lamps were available in two sizes and allthough I clicked first the bigger ones) I ordered the smaller ones because I didnt realize a field in the order process there I again had to select the size). so I paid and in the order confirmation I saw that I ordered the small ones. What I want to say is, that I had no problems with the customer support - they were available and they answered in time. I only had to pay the difference and an extra in delivery...but well - I have been delivered the right size yesterday and the design is very beautiful / as expected!
