Extended Period of Time But Issue Finally Resolved I ordered two lamps from them last month and both arrived in good working order and appeared as described. I liked them so I ordered two more. The two that arrived next were damaged and defective. One was smashed and the other would not turn on. I reached out to Emptyoo twice via email and Facebook and they have not responded. They have no phone number listed on their website. Update 1/23/2023 This company is evidently a scam. I've sent them emails and posted on their Facebook page requesting assistance for defective and damaged merchandise they sent me. I've received no response other than someone who responded to my message on Facebook messenger dismissing me and telling me to email customer service I advised them I've sent three messages to that email address and I've been ignored. They never responded again. Their website does not list a phone number and I contacted them within the business hours they have listed on their website but received no response. I know someone there is seeing my messages because someone there has deleted all of my comments on their Facebook page outlining the situation and asking for help. Updated 02/09/2023 I was finally able to reach Irene at Emptyoo. She asked me to pay $10.00 to ship two more lamps. I received them today and both are in working condition and neither are damaged. It was an ordeal but in the end I'm happy with the product.

At the beginning I was a bit upset… At the beginning I was a bit upset because I thought I bought a danish design object (lamps) from a UK website. But in the process of delivery I noticed that it is at least coming from China. So I was afraid that I bought expensive scrub. But after a long period of waiting to be delivered (3 months) I finally got my order yesterday and it seems everything ok with it.// I had to contact in the beginning various times the customer support (Irene! ;)) because at the last step of my order I didnt notice that there was a change in the product (the lamps were available in two sizes and allthough I clicked first the bigger ones) I ordered the smaller ones because I didnt realize a field in the order process there I again had to select the size). so I paid and in the order confirmation I saw that I ordered the small ones. What I want to say is, that I had no problems with the customer support - they were available and they answered in time. I only had to pay the difference and an extra in delivery...but well - I have been delivered the right size yesterday and the design is very beautiful / as expected!

Absolute nightmare Absolute nightmare. Total scam and dangerous! Took forever to even receive the lamps, and only received because I asked again and again.. When I finally received all the lights are faulty and smoke when charging!! Now they don't even work. 'Irene' not providing a refund so far... Do not purchase from here
