Elijah took the time to look up what I needed to be able to resolve this very detailed problem with the Lyncs Rideshare. If I didn’t get it resolved quickly, then I wouldn’t be able to get a ride and that was crucial. He was so very patient with me which at this time was critical since I was dealing with the death of my mother, he was nothing short of amazing I can’t thank him enough, he was wonderful and did it in such a short amount of time I couldn’t even believe it. I was stress-free in a few short minutes 🥰

GBDon’t know if I’ve been scammed This lady knew her stuff. Was smart and patient and got it done. The thing is, when I went to look at the balance on my account, I was not allowed to open it, and attempts brought me to chat, and that person couldn’t break the code for ‘update password’ so after an hour I decided to close my account. The expert told me he’d forwarded my request, and I’d get confirmation email in two hours. It’s the next day and no email and no offer of refund for the hassle of dealing with askcrew own internal systems. The first expert that solved my email problem wad cool though.
