Ripped me off without an explanation So I ordered a product from their website. I never received an order confirmation or anything (except of course they rapidly took money off of my credit card so I knew the order went through) so I emailed them about a week later and said “hey I’m concerned because I never received a confirmation” and they emailed back stating that yes the order was on the way don’t worry about it. That was three weeks ago and my recent emails once again stating how uncomfortable it made me to not get a confirmation (made me wonder if it was even a legit website) have gone unanswered. I instructed them to just forget about it and to refund my money. Which of course has not happened. Their website makes me uneasy because of its simplicity (seems like a copy of a very basic web page template) but i just assumed it was legit.
