Then NOTHING horrible. Ordered a Christmas present for my parents I guess ordering in November wasn't early enough. NEVER again. Horrible

GBI ordered car seats I ordered car seats. They look nothing like the picture and is actually missing the wording for the logo. I have tried to contact customer service 3 times and no one is responding at all.
