Excellent product but with a design difference Product I purchased of excellent quality. However, in this particular case, there was a design difference between the picture advertised and the product received. I was obviously not happy with that but customer service took excellent care of my case offering a full refund. Therefore, despite unhappy with this particular purchasing experience, they deserve a 5 stars for the way they handled this case. Based on my experience, I would definitely take my chances to buy something else I might be interested from them. Thanks!

Show me your Tito’s Item arrived promptly and was as described. The hat is good quality material and I liked the added distressing. We ordered 3 matching hats for my group of friends. Looking forward to wearing these this summer by the pool. Only feedback is that it would be useful to have a piece of cardboard or something to keep the hat’s shape. It arrived in a bag with no forms and was pretty smashed from the mail. Fortunately nothing that couldn’t be re-shaped.
