GBHorrible Company Don't buy from this company. They instantly charge your card, then place an eternal backorder on the product. Don't call for an update, because they won't have one.

GBJustin Earlier this year our television lamp went out. I contacted Advanced Lamps because of their prices was way lower than the competitors. I also informed them I needed a product within two weeks, and said so on the order. They actually read that comment and I had my product four days early, even with a two delay because of a credit card addressing problem (my fault). This was the best online experience I ever had!

GBMIKE Brought a lamp from Advanced lamps and when it got here the television still seemed to not be working. I called the returns department at advanced lamps customer service and they walked me through the troubleshooting steps. The representative waited patiently as I went through each step. Finally after ten minutes the television was working perfectly. Awesome job advanced lamps.

GBPalmer Tucker Advanced Lamps truly has excellent service. My lamp went out during Monday night football so I ordered that same night around 11 pm. The next day I received an email response saying that it was shipped on Tuesday and it was followed by tracking information. I received the package on Wednesday at the end of the business day. Advanced Lamps has great service! Thank you.

GBDON'T buy from Advanced Lamps!!! Absolutely horrible experience with Advanced Lamps!! Advertised the lamp I needed as "in stock". Received e-mail sveral days later stating it was backordered. After >1 week, still couldn't tell me when lamp would become available. Cancelled the order. Bought another one through Amazon. Got within a couple of days. STILL haven't been credited for the cancelled order from Advanced Lamps, a week and a half ago!! Will be contacting BBB soon. Already have a dispute filed with my credit card company. Considering starting a class action lawsuit against them as this is obviously a pattern-taking your money stating an item is in stock-then not reimbursing when complaints arise. Amazed they have ANY positive feedback at all!!
