I also informed them I needed a product within two weeks, and said so on the order. MIKE Brought a lamp from Advanced lamps and when it got here the television still seemed to not be working. I called the returns department at advanced lamps customer service and they walked me through the troubleshooting steps. The representative waited patiently as I went through each step.
