Justin Earlier this year our television lamp went out. I contacted Advanced Lamps because of their prices was way lower than the competitors. I also informed them I needed a product within two weeks, and said so on the order. They actually read that comment and I had my product four days early, even with a two delay because of a credit card addressing problem (my fault). This was the best online experience I ever had!

Justice My name is Justice Washington and when mu bulb went out on my Toshiba I turned to Advanced Lamps. The customer service agent walked me through the entire process and placed the order for the Y66-LMP. They explained the warranty, exchange procedures, and the terms and conditions. The process was easier than I expected and I would definitely recommend Advanced Lamps to friends and family. I would also contact them first for all further lamp needs for my television.

Hank Advanced Lamp has a very good web site. We received follow-up e-mail on order, fast delivery, and then follow-up phone call a few days after delivery. Advanced Lamps had lowest price plus very low shipping charges. It was great doing business with Advanced Lamps!!!

Donald Being a high school football coach I am a result oriented person it’s all about getting the job done. When big screen home television went down I knew the problem but did not know where to turn for an answer. I turned to the internet to look for the best price for a 915P049010. MIKE Brought a lamp from Advanced lamps and when it got here the television still seemed to not be working. I called the returns department at advanced lamps customer service and they walked me through the troubleshooting steps. The representative waited patiently as I went through each step. Finally after ten minutes the television was working perfectly. Awesome job advanced lamps.
