I sent over some pics and a video of the damage, and they promised to send me a brand new one. The replacement came in pretty quick. Had a bit of a hiccup at the start, but the new lamp is flawless and fits my room perfectly.

GBWell Well, I've got a bone to pick with the dimensions. I snagged a Wabisabi-style pendant light off their site, thinking I was scoring a 40in piece, and what shows up? A 40cm fixture! Got my wires crossed with the units, but I've got to level with you, an American lighting site really ought to be using inches as standard. They did replace it with a larger one, but it threw a wrench in my project timeline. They said they're planning to update the dimensions to inches, and I'm all for that.

I have experienced it for myself. When I requested for extension down rod for the chandelier I placed order for, then sent it separately as complimentary without charging a dime from me. Packing is another thing I liked with them. Very safely packed. I'll definitely return to them for more puchases.
