Placed an order and got a call from… Placed an order and got a call from customer service informing me I'd entered the wrong address. They were quick to help me correct it. Successfully received my table lamps—excellent service all around. This is how customer service should be, especially when compared to some other experiences I've had.

Received the goods in a well-protected… Received the goods in a well-protected cardboard package and I'm really pleased with the product. My only gripe is with the Censlighting light fixture instructions provided in the box - the print was so small, I could hardly make heads or tails of it. After reaching out to customer service, though, they sent me a digital copy, which was much appreciated.

Although the final product is… Although the final product is beautiful, assembling dozens of crystals was a nightmare. The chandelier came with a single page of assembly instructions, and my electrician had a bit of trouble installing it as he had to trim the wires. In addition, the included bulbs are too bright. And they are not dimmable. I'd definitely think twice before buying from this company again, which is a shame because the chandelier is really pretty. It's just more trouble than it's worth.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. They answer point to point on your questions. No confusions or side tracking. Customer satisfaction is utmost for them. I have experienced it for myself. When I requested for extension down rod for the chandelier I placed order for, then sent it separately as complimentary without charging a dime from me. Packing is another thing I liked with them. Very safely packed. I'll definitely return to them for more puchases.

I've got to say I've got to say, their ceiling light really hits the spot. Slick as oil on the pictures and even better in person. Installing it was no sweat, and the thing weighs next to nothing. Plus, you can dial in the brightness and warmth, right on the money. Just a heads-up, the red wire's your hot ticket and blue's neutral. Solid purchase, all in all.
