Outstanding Customer Service While surfing the web I found a listing by F&G of a programme from the Henley Regatta from 1973. It was exactly what I had been looking for, having rowed in the regatta that year. Because I live in the U.S., I knew that shipping was going to require special arrangements. I contacted F&G by e-mail and heard back immediately from Andy at the company. He was happy to do the extra work for an international shipment and it arrived without incident.
