Outstanding Customer Service While surfing the web I found a listing by F&G of a programme from the Henley Regatta from 1973. It was exactly what I had been looking for, having rowed in the regatta that year. Because I live in the U.S., I knew that shipping was going to require special arrangements. I contacted F&G by e-mail and heard back immediately from Andy at the company. He was happy to do the extra work for an international shipment and it arrived without incident. Highest marks for customer service!
