GBCommunication is very poor Communication is very poor. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery although extended times on website said an extra 4 days. Had to pay the price of express delivery 24 Tracked to use 1st Class postage only. Tried to ring company and was redirected to email as no enquiries being taken about delivery, and no response on email for a few days. Has badly impacted business. Better delivery prices should be offered whilst deadlines are unable to be met and perhaps new orders should not be taken if inundated or increase of orders are made, of which the company are struggling to keep up to date with.

GBThe service was very quick The service was very quick, parcel arrived within 48 hours. The site said there maybe delays due to covid. The parcel was safely packaged.

GBLack of communication is not acceptable I haven’t had my order. I can’t call so have emailed 3 times now and keep getting a random message saying part of my order is waiting for me?? Waiting where? I’ve paid for delivery yet there is t a tracking number available. I understand delays but your lack of communication is not acceptable. This is the first time I have ordered from you and unless I get a valid response tomorrow I will not be using you again.

GBAnother update. Another update. My wife finally received her order but guess what? it contained wrong items and damaged items. Contacted the so called customer service about this 48 hours ago, but guess what? that's right, no reply. Trading standards time I think. This company takes your money, takes forever to fulfill an order and when you get it, its wrong and/or damaged. When you contact them, they just ignore you, this has to be a breach in regulations surely?
