In the times we’ve been through with covid 19 they have continued their excellent customer service even with fewer staff you are my number 1 supplier everything is amazing thank you

GBLack of communication is not acceptable I haven’t had my order. I can’t call so have emailed 3 times now and keep getting a random message saying part of my order is waiting for me?? Waiting where? I’ve paid for delivery yet there is t a tracking number available. I understand delays but your lack of communication is not acceptable. This is the first time I have ordered from you and unless I get a valid response tomorrow I will not be using you again.

GBSoap moulds arrived today Soap moulds arrived today, they look great & I'm looking forward to using them. Delivery has been quite a while in coming but frankly I'm happy to wait in such extraordinary times.

DESecond order - happy again This was my second order with soap suppliers. I had ordered some ingredients in January, and now had run out of stock because everybody loved the smell of the fragrance oils so much. The shop is very convenient, shipping is fast and at reasonable rates. I will definitely order again.

GBCommunication is very poor Communication is very poor. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery although extended times on website said an extra 4 days. Had to pay the price of express delivery 24 Tracked to use 1st Class postage only. Tried to ring company and was redirected to email as no enquiries being taken about delivery, and no response on email for a few days. Has badly impacted business. Better delivery prices should be offered whilst deadlines are unable to be met and perhaps new orders should not be taken if inundated or increase of orders are made, of which the company are struggling to keep up to date with.
