GBExcellent Service The ordering process was simple and the order verification phone call put my mind at ease. The mailboxes were delivered on time and in perfect condition. Since we ordered multiple boxes, they came with the multi-unit connector kit.

GBMailbox replaced Representative very thorough and knowledgeable. Provided a discount. There was no tax or delivery fees. That helped very much. Instead of it shipping on 7/22 it shipped ahead of time on 7/18 and delivered 7/19. When needed I will purchase again and refer others.

GBCluster on NO HOA The ordering process through the website was excellent and customer service were available to answer my questions. After the cluster box was ordered, "a sequence of events" was emailed but events were not carried out accordingly. Installers arrived on time but installation was less than good. If the installers would have just followed the instructions - then it would have been excellent.

GBNO POST IN BOX We received the mailbox but had to have two post fabricated to set them on. No post were shipped with the mailboxes. I guess the chinaman forgot to pack it.
