GBCluster on NO HOA The ordering process through the website was excellent and customer service were available to answer my questions. After the cluster box was ordered, "a sequence of events" was emailed but events were not carried out accordingly. Installers arrived on time but installation was less than good. If the installers would have just followed the instructions - then it would have been excellent.

GBRecently took possession of an 8 box… Recently took possession of an 8 box system. Quality was top notch and very easy to assemble and install. Shipping was delayed due to storms which is no one’s fault, but shipping company failed to provide notice of delay which was frustrating.

GBNO POST IN BOX We received the mailbox but had to have two post fabricated to set them on. No post were shipped with the mailboxes. I guess the chinaman forgot to pack it.
