Customer service that actively listened… Customer service that actively listened during the selection process and they were very knowledgeable about the products to assure that the function and look were correct. Those things shouldn’t really be seen as exceptional, but these days they kind of are. Great communication and fast delivery. Happy customer.

GREAT EXPERIENCE The ordering process for the item was very quick and easy, the packaging of the item, for the most part, was very well done. Other than one of the glass light shades being chipped on the bottom edge, which was quickly and easily taken care of by Customer Service. It was shipped on time and arrived in excellent condition. Love these moose antlers Love these moose antlers. We mounted a pair on the gable end of a cabin we sold, and the new owners just had to have them. This pair we’ve mounted inside the new cabin so we can enjoy them more. They are real enough looking, and the real McCoy (if you could even find such a pair attached to an intact skull) would cost an astronomical amount of money. We tell people that Bullwinkle was gracious enough to loan us his dad for awhile.
