Great Customer Service My max uproot clean broke after it's second use- BUT it was working really well to get the hair out of my carpet. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new replacement product for free! So far it's been working great and their customer service responded quickly and was super helpful!

Great tool & a great company. I am very pleased with my purchase of the uproot clean pro. I have 3dogs & 7felines & this tool keeps the fur at bay...vacuuming just doesn't pick up all the fur...this tool does. Also if u should have any questions...their customer service is awesome...very professional & polite. All around a great tool & company.

Best purchase EVER! The Uproot dog groomer is the absolute best thing I've ever bought! It is a lifesaver as I am a truck driver and I don't have access to a groomer. This machine let's me groom both my dogs in the truck with ZERO mess! Totally recommend! The customer service is also wonderful. Very prompt reply to my email and now I have a replacement clipper guard on its way!!! Thank you so much!!

AMAZING customer service I am a detailer and LOVE these products, they make my work so much more efficient.
