GBOrdered a bunch of U bolts in January… Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January for a project that I did not get to until recently. I discovered that the order was shipped with only half the nuts ordered. I figured it was too late to mention so I just ordered them anyway. Left a note on my new order referencing the old order number and what had happened. They made it right and are sending me the missing bolts for free. Love this company and their customer service

GBThey have a good selection of brass parts They have a good selection of parts, particularly brass, which is not that easy to find. I just wish I didn't have to order $100 to get free shipping, as the $8 shipping on orders below that amount is a little onerous when you only need to buy a 20-pack of brass screws!!! I end up holding off on buying things until I can hit the $100 order size.

GBPrompt, accurate service I didn't have a large order, just needed stainless bolts for my RAV4 license plate holders (front and back); the originals were rusty and hard to remove when I got new plates. The Nutty Company had what I needed at a fair price. Needed to pay shipping but it costs more to drive around town looking for things like this, and getting frustrated when nothing is found.
