Only improvement that could be made for internet orders would be a confirmation that a ptoduct is in stock before finalizing order to give you an option of finding it elsewhere. With the specialized nature of some items you hate to order something twice that you may take forever to use. Other than this, great firm to deal with.

GBOrdered a bunch of U bolts in January… Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January for a project that I did not get to until recently. I discovered that the order was shipped with only half the nuts ordered. I figured it was too late to mention so I just ordered them anyway. Left a note on my new order referencing the old order number and what had happened. They made it right and are sending me the missing bolts for free. Love this company and their customer service
