Yall were prompt, provided me with updated tracking numbers to quell my worries and the lighters themselves are beautiful and function very well. Buyers beware!! Do not buy from this company. The customer service is horrible. I ordered two lighters one came correct the lighter was not the one I ordered I reached out to customer service and was told to send back the wrong item that I received and they would send me the correct one they sent me a return label and after that all communication stopped. I have been trying for months to get a response and now they will not reply back to me this company is a joke, horrible customer service, and a complete rip off!!!

I loved ordering from a small business I loved ordering from a small business. Quality products. Great customer service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Please be patient especially around the Holidays, shipping is very busy and out of control of all companies. Before you bash small business put yourself in their shoes! I ordered 2 lighters for my husband I ordered 2 lighters for my husband, the red clock and the gold king card. It took about 2 weeks give or take to receive. They are just as pictured and described in the site and they work amazingly! My husband loves them. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I will be ordering more very soon!

Anyone that gives a positive review is… Anyone that gives a positive review is lying to try to boost up the score. They are likely involved with the company in some sort of way trust me this is not a good company I'm currently in talks with my bank for fraud charges.
