Fault lighter Lighters won’t stay full of butane even though I fill them. One didn’t work at all even though it was filled. Emailed them and didn’t get a response

The 2 lighters I got don't work The 2 lighters I got don't work. I tried to reach out for assistance but didn't get any response despite the numerous attempts. Bad service and product.

Yall were prompt, provided me with updated tracking numbers to quell my worries and the lighters themselves are beautiful and function very well. I loved ordering from a small business I loved ordering from a small business. Quality products. Great customer service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Please be patient especially around the Holidays, shipping is very busy and out of control of all companies. Before you bash small business put yourself in their shoes! They are trying the best they can. Doesn't do any good spreading bad reviews. They really want you to have the product they sell. Merry Christmas to all you Grinches and good people out there!
